# Business

| Command | Purpose |
|---|---|
| `vatio business` | Name, description, brand, opening hours (and whether it is open now), and the agent's handoff rules |
| `vatio business set [--name NAME] [--description TEXT \| --description-file FILE]` | Change the name or the description; `--description-file -` reads stdin |
| `vatio business set [--about TEXT] [--color #RRGGBB \| --color default] [--logo FILE \| --remove-logo]` | Change the brand: the visitor-facing about, the widget's accent color, and the logo (PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 2 MB) |
| `vatio business hours --timezone ZONE --mon 09:00-18:00 --tue 09:00-13:00,14:00-18:00 ...` | Replace the opening hours |
| `vatio business hours --clear` | No hours: someone is always available |

This is the same business the [inbox's Business page](https://vatio.ai/docs/channels/inbox#business)
edits: one value for every environment, live as soon as it is saved, and not
part of `vatio.yml`. It is usually left to whoever runs the business; the
command is for setting a workspace up from a terminal.

`hours` replaces the whole week. Each day takes one or more 24h ranges
separated by commas, and a day you do not pass is a day nobody is on duty.
Without `--timezone` it keeps the current one, or uses this machine's on the
first schedule. See [Business hours](https://vatio.ai/docs/handoff#business-hours) for what the
hours decide.

```bash
vatio business set --name "Panadería Quillay" --description-file about.md
vatio business set --logo logo.png --color "#8A4B2A" --about "Pan de masa madre en Ñuñoa"
vatio business hours --timezone America/Santiago \
  --mon 09:00-13:00,14:00-18:00 --tue 09:00-18:00 --sat 10:00-14:00
```

The handoff rules are printed from the live agent and are read-only here: they
are declared under `handoff:` in [`vatio.yml`](https://vatio.ai/docs/handoff).
