About the price
What counts as a conversation?
A chat with a real person on a live agent, counted once in the month it starts, regardless of the number of messages. Previews and evaluation runs do not count.
How do I activate Pro?
Create your account, try your agent and contact support@vatio.ai. We arrange activation with you. There is no self-service checkout yet.
What currency are prices in?
US dollars, excluding taxes. Pro costs US$49 per month with 1,000 live conversations; additional usage costs US$2 per 100 conversations.
