Why this matters
The integration is the hard part. It shouldn't be yours.
Getting a prompt right takes a dozen real conversations. Getting to the first real conversation is what normally takes the week.
The usual way
- Create a Meta Business account
- Submit business verification, wait
- Buy or port a number
- Get message templates approved
- Wire webhooks, sessions and media
- Find out whether your prompt was any good
Days to weeks, before the first real conversation.
On Vatio
vatio push- Register your phone, type the code
- Message your agent, fix the prompt, repeat
Minutes. Bring a number only once it's worth it.
The preview number
Shared number, private conversation.
One Vatio number serves every workspace. Registering your phone binds it to yours, so a message from that phone always reaches your agent and nobody else's.
The preview number always runs your preview revision — the one your last
vatio push produced. It never serves live traffic, and preview contacts are
stored apart from live ones, so a test conversation can't land in a real customer's
history.
- 01
Push your agent
vatio pushvalidates the manifest and updates the preview revision. - 02
Register your phone
vatio numbers add +56912345678, then confirm the 6-digit code it sends you. - 03
Message the number
Your agent replies with your instructions, your tools and your knowledge base.
- 04
Iterate
Edit the file, push again, and the next message already uses the new revision.
Going live
Bring your own number when it's worth it.
The shared number is for building. A number your customers see is a business decision, and it stays yours — you connect it once, and the same manifest serves it.
Vatio's shared number
For building and demoing. No Meta account, no verification, no templates to get approved.
- Serves the preview revision
- Only registered phones reach it
- Contacts kept apart from live
Your own Meta number
For customers. Connect the number you already own, or one you buy through Meta, and publish.
- Serves the live revision
- Open to anyone who messages it
- Same manifest, no rewrite
Nothing WhatsApp-specific
The channel isn't in the file.
There is no WhatsApp branch in your manifest. The agent that answers the widget answers WhatsApp, with the same tools, the same knowledge and the same contact record — and in whatever language the person wrote in.
Which means the promote-and-roll-back story is identical too: publish a revision and every channel moves, roll it back and every channel follows.
Text your agent tonight.
Install the CLI, push a manifest, register your phone. The number is already waiting.
