The same schedule the inbox edits on its WhatsApp page (it applies to every channel): one value
for every environment, live as soon as it is saved, and not part of
vatio.yml. A message that arrives inside a range is not answered afterwards;
it waits for your team in the inbox.
DAYS is a day (mon, tue, wed, thu, fri, sat, sun), a list
(sat,sun), a span (mon-fri) or all. Times are 24-hour HH:MM, and a range
may end at 24:00. One that crosses midnight is split for you: fri 22:00-08:00
is Friday 22:00 to midnight and Saturday midnight to 08:00. set replaces the
whole schedule, so give every range you want.
