#Your app is built. Now give it an agent.
If you built your app with Lovable or another coding tool, start from the app and its users. The agent should help them do something useful: answer a support question, find their order or use a feature of the product.
#Keep building from the same project
Open the app’s repository in Claude Code and install the Vatio plugin. Ask vatio-init to create the agent using the APIs, user identity and content the app already has. Claude asks what the code cannot answer and gives you a preview.
The agent configuration stays with your app’s code. Vatio runs the conversations and provides the inbox, human handoff and evaluation checks. Your backend enforces each user’s access to data.
#Connect your existing users
If the app uses Supabase Auth, ask Claude to follow the Supabase integration. Otherwise, use the identity contract. Try the agent as a real signed-in user and verify that it cannot retrieve another user’s data.
Ask Claude to add the web widget or integrate the browser SDK into the app. Add WhatsApp or Instagram if those channels matter to your users.
#Improve after launch
Report wrong replies in the inbox. Run /vatio:vatio-improve in Claude Code, review the evaluation results and approve the update. Vatio has one preview and one live environment per workspace.
#Decide what you want to operate
If you keep the agent inside the app, include conversation history, supervision, identity, access controls and update testing in your maintenance plan. With Vatio, Claude builds the agent and Vatio operates that conversation runtime. Choose by trying the workflow with your own users’ questions.
