#An agent for the app you already built

Your app has users. Now you want an agent that answers their questions and helps them use it. You already build with Claude Code; the Vatio plugin lets you build the agent in the same project.

#Create it with one prompt

Install the plugin, then describe what your agent should do. vatio-init reads the app, asks what the code cannot answer, prepares its connections and gives you a preview. Try it and decide when to publish.

Claude Code builds and updates the agent. Vatio runs it, with conversation history, visitor identity, human handoff and an inbox for your team. You do not need to run an agent server yourself.

#Run it with real users

Start in your app or website. Add WhatsApp or Instagram when those are useful for your users. Give the agent access to your existing APIs, with private tools tied to the signed-in user. Your backend remains responsible for deciding which data that person can access.

Follow conversations in the inbox, take over when needed and edit the knowledge your agent uses. The same inbox is where whoever builds the agent tries previews, publishes, connects channels and, as the owner, manages the team and the workspace’s security; each person sees the sections of their role. #A daily routine that improves it

  1. Report a wrong reply in the inbox and write what should have happened.
  2. Run /vatio:vatio-improve in Claude Code, in your app’s project.
  3. Claude fixes the cause. Vatio replays the reported cases against preview.
  4. Review the results and approve publication.

A reported case that passes live and fails on preview blocks publication unless you explicitly override the check. You can roll back a published version. New reports also arrive in your daily email with the same command. The improvement routine

These controls help you operate the agent. They do not guarantee every answer: quality also depends on your instructions, knowledge and the APIs you connect. Automatic detection of bad conversations is not part of the current workflow.
