#An agent for your app and WhatsApp
Start with the job you want the agent to do. If your app already has users, it may need to answer their questions, check their account or act through your existing APIs, including when they write through WhatsApp.
#What Vatio provides
The Claude Code plugin builds the agent from your app’s project. Vatio runs it on web chat, WhatsApp and Instagram, with an inbox for supervision and human takeover. Private tools can use verified user identity; your backend decides which data may be returned.
You test a preview before publishing. After launch, report mistakes in the inbox and run vatio-improve to prepare fixes and test them against the reported cases.
#Check the workflow you actually need
If your priority is uploading contact lists, managing campaigns or designing visual flows, evaluate those screens directly in the products you are considering. Vatio currently offers outbound messages through its server API; it does not include a campaign dashboard or a visual flow editor.
Do not choose from an old comparison of prices or feature lists. Check the provider’s current offer and try your own conversations, including one that requires user identity and one that should go to a person.
#Start with a preview
Install the plugin and ask Claude to build your app’s agent. The WhatsApp guide explains the shared test number and connecting your own number for live use.
Free includes web chat and 100 live conversations per month. Pro is US$49 per month with WhatsApp, Instagram and 1,000 live conversations, then US$2 per 100 extra conversations. Plans and activation
